Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items. As our gummies are ingestible wellness products, we cannot restock or resell any returned items for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@hbpwellness.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item(s), and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

Order Issues
We are not responsible for issues related to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
